One price. Every house. Nobody else on the grounds.
A buyout is two nights. Damage deposit is $1,500, due before the date. Catering, bar, and outside vendors are yours to bring. Thunder Rock is the houses and the desert, not a banquet hall.

Daytime guests beyond the people sleeping on the property need to be agreed in writing. The current property allows up to twenty extra daytime guests unless we approve more.
